Loved the location and closeness to most everything we wanted to do. The beach, boardwalk, pier and places to eat all with short walking distance

We had a family of nine. Plenty of space. The common areas were roomy and comfortable. Perfect for hang time. Everything we wanted outside in Santa Cruz was just a short walk away. The hosts are very responsive!

Large and spacious with a terrific location for surfing or Boardwalk. Renting the Penthouse as well was a great choice since this particular unit has restricted ocean viewing from the building next door, and the Penthouse view is spectacular. This is still a great choice, but I would do the second floor the next time. Great communication with the management team.
