WOW! Luxury 5000sf Oceanview next to Main Beach

This will have been our second stay WOW. Higher Ground USA held another annual cycling program in Santa Cruz with the Palo Alto VA and couldn't have asked for better accommodations. We were able to house all of our staff and participants comfortably. Whenever something would came up the customer service was accommodating and flexible. The rooftop was priceless for a few of our group dinners. It was also nice to have an accessible elevator and two sets of washer and dryers. We were in walking distance of Downtown Santa Cruz and a few yards from the ocean, needless to say prime location. We will definitely be coming back next year!

What a fantastic place!! We rented the whole place for a week and every amenity was first class and in top shape. We’ve rented homes in Santa Cruz for 15 years…and by far this was the best. The views from the decks were fabulous…and with 10 children with us…the location can’t be beat. They could simple walk to the boardwalk or the beach by themselves…leaving us adults to enjoy our 5000 sq.ft. castle. I just recently had back surgery…so the elevator to all floors was a life saver. The elevator also helped getting our food and supplies to the kitchen from the wonderful enclosed garage below. So do yourself a favor…rent the Santa Cruz Villas for a vacation you won’t forget…because the accommodations and the location is amazing!!

This was the third time we have hosted our multi-generation family reunion at this house and it is by far our favorite place of all. Each time we discover new features of the house, and the surrounding area that make our event even more enjoyable for all. The elevator is a godsend for transporting luggage and our mobility-challenged visitors. The roof deck is such a pleasant place to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Each kitchen is well equipped to support cooking for a large crowd. The beach and the boardwalk are a short walk away. This year we even made time to take the beach train up to Roaring Camp one day and it was a great ride. If you are looking for a location to accommodate a large group with disparate interests, this house can't be beat.

If you've got a large group of 20, this is the place for you! Nice 9 bedroom, 8 bath accommodations under attentive management. Walk west and east cliff paths, enjoy the wharf and boardwalk right outside your door. It's great to pull right into your own garage when other tourists are circling to find a parking space. Great penthouse views, plenty of space for everyone.
